HPR bureau decides to remain in open session and modifies agenda of Thursday’s plenary

The House of People’s Representatives (HPR) bureau, which met on Wednesday evening, decided to remain in open session pending any further development during the parliamentary holidays scheduled from July 30 to October 1, 2017.

The Bureau also decided to make changes to the agenda for tomorrow’s plenary session on Thursday.

Here is the programme of the plenary:

– Looking at the draft law on the approval of a memorandum of understanding and a loan agreement concluded on 27 April 2017 between the Republic of Tunisia and the European Union.

– Examining of a draft organic law approving an agreement concluded on May 11, 2017 between Tunisia and the EU on Tunisia’s participation in the programme of the Union “Creative Europe programme for support to the cultural and Creative sectors” and on cooperation between the Republic of Tunisia and the European Union on the MEDIA sub-programme of the Creative Europe programme.

– Election of the members of the Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) in the three specialties presenting vacancies.

– Continuing the examination of the draft law supplementing and amending the rules of procedure of the HPR.
