National Constituent Assembly (NCA) President Mustapha Ben Jaafar laid emphasis on youths’ responsibility in making of the legislative and presidential elections a success, “by controlling the electoral process and mobilising citizens for these events.”

Chairing, Thursday, the opening of the second session of the Tunisian Youth Parliament, Ben Jaafar voiced wish that these youths will be elected after five years to the Assembly of the People’s Deputies after acquiring the experience of dialogue, debate, democratic exercise and got acquainted with the country’s problems.

Works of this session will look at the recommendations of the committees on the environment, economy, terrorism, education, human rights, social welfare, health and international relations gathering September 28-October 2 in Tunis and Hammamet.
