The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) is holding, on December 5-6, a workshop for the launch of a consulting and expertise group on youth with the support of the European Union (EU).
The workshop is part of the NET-MED Youth Project (Networks of Mediterranean Youth 2014-2017) carried out in ten Southern Mediterranean countries, including Tunisia.
The project seeks to increase civic participation of young people through the production of expertise and aocacy in such areas as public policies, media, training and employment.
NET-MED Youth approach is based on youth organisations as en engine for activities at the national and national levels.
In addition to technical assistance, the undertaking will get the support of partner UNESCO networks.
