The voter turnout at the municipal by-elections in Menzel Kamel (Monastir governorate) stood at 12.61% on the closing of polling stations on Sunday, Coordinator of the Monastir Independent regional Election Authority (IRIE) Bassam Halawa said.
Out of 4,778 registered voters, only 607 civilian voters cast their ballots.
The voter turnout of servicemen and policemen reached 6% on Saturday.
