Zaghouan: The Air Force intervened on Saturday evening to help extinguish the wildfire that broke out on Jebel El Chahma in Bir Halima, Zaghouan governorate, deploying a military helicopter in seven sorties, according to the Ministry of National Defence.

According to Agence Tunis Afrique Presse, the Air Force successfully brought the blaze at the mountain summit under control. Meanwhile, efforts by the various responding teams continue to extinguish the fire at the foot of the mountain.
