Al-Watad and Popular Current call for “strong mobilisation” in response to Trump’s decision to recognize Al-Quds as capital of Israel

Al-Watad and the Popular Current called for a “strong mobilisation” on Wednesday, in response to U.S. President Donald Trump’s decision to recognise Al-Quds as the capital of Israel.

The protest movement scheduled for December 13 at the Habib Bourguiba Avenue, to demand the truth about the assassination of Chokri Belaid and Mohamed Brahmi, will be placed under the slogan “loyalty to Al-Quds and martyrs,” say the parties in a press release.

Al-Watad and the popular current call for the adoption of the draft law incriminating normalisation with the Zionist entity. The draft law had been submitted to the Parliament in December 2015 by the Popular Front.
