Ambassador J.K. Mensah Foundation Boosts Educational Resources in Antoa Schools

Antoa: The Ambassador J.K. Mensah Foundation recently facilitated educational advancement in Antoa by donating over 5,000 exercise books and numerous boxes of pens to local schools. This significant contribution is aimed at enhancing the academic environment for students in the Kwabre East Municipality. According to Ghana News Agency, the donations were coordinated through the district education office, ensuring that the materials reached several schools in the area. Dr. Alexis Frimpong Nimoh, Chairman of the Foundation, highlighted the challenges faced by students in accessing essential learning materials. He emphasized that the lack of adequate resources significantly hampers educational progress, which the Foundation aimed to mitigate through their contributions. Dr. Nimoh elaborated on the Foundation's commitment to education, stating that creating an enabling environment is crucial for unlocking children's potential. He urged other philanthropists to join in supporting educational development by provid ing necessary teaching and learning materials. Furthermore, the Foundation's founder, Ambassador J.K. Mensah, announced an additional GHC 50,000 in scholarships to support needy but brilliant students in the area, with a portion of these funds directed towards enhancing Science and Mathematics education, as well as ICT infrastructure. Representative Mr. Emmanuel Kofi Bandare expressed the community's gratitude, noting that the donation would not only motivate pupils but also improve the overall teaching and learning experience in local schools.
