Ammar/Comores’ Dhoulkamal agree to work on ending “non-constructive” controversy over Sub-Saharan immigrants in Tunisia

Foreign Affairs Minister Nabil Ammar had on Sunday a phone talk with Comorian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Dhoihir Dhoulkamal, whose country is currently chairing the African Union (AU). The ministers discussed the “non-constructive” controversy over the issue of sub-Saharan African immigrants in Tunisia, and agreed to work together to put an end to it, to diffuse the situation and to help restore normalcy within the African family. They further reviewed the fraternity relations binding both countries and ways to foster them, reads a Foreign Ministry press release.
