ASBU 21st Festival closes with six awards for Tunisia

The Tunisian Television Corporation won three grand prizes in the official radio and television competitions of the 21st edition of the Arab Radio and Television Festival of the Arab States Broadcasting Union (ASBU), which closed on Friday evening at the Opera Theatre in the Chedli Klibi City of Culture.

The Tunisian television won the first prize in the drama series competition which was awarded to the serial “El Harqua” by Lassaad Oueslati.

In the acting series category, the second prize went to “Ken Ya Ma Kanech” by director Abdelhamid Bouchnaq.

In the variety shows competition, the first prize was awarded to “Moi et yosr.”

The National Radio won three prizes. The first prize in the social drama competition was awarded to the soap opera “ena essabab” by Anouar Ayachi; the first prize in the public awareness sports category went to the spot “the survival combat for water conservation;” and the second prize in the programmes for the elderly competition was won by the programme “After 60.”
