Tunisia lost twice to Morocco at day 2 of the African qualifications for the Tokyo 2020 (+1) Olympic Games (Group A) contested Wednesday in Agadir, Morocco.
Tunisia’s B team Wassef Korbi and Slim El Héni were defeated by Morocco’s A team (21-12, 21-14), while the national A team Nabil Azzouzi and Adem Meddeb, lost to Morocco’s B (22-20, 15-21, 15-9).
On the first day, Tuesday, Tunisia won two games against Sudan who will face Morocco on Thursday.
The men’s tournament began Tuesday in Agadir and will continue until June 28, with the participation of 15 pairs divided into four groups.
Top two finishers in each group will qualify for the second round and the winners will qualify for the Tokyo Olympic Games.
