Bizerte governorate saw 24 new coronavirus infections during the last 24 hours, out of 362 tests carried out, or a 7% positivity rate.

The case tally in the region has consequently risen to 43,130, including 41,730 recoveries and 1,350 fatalities, member of the monitoring unit at the Local Health Directorate Salma Mchirgui told TAP on Saturday.

The incidence rate in Bizerte fell to 37 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, according to the same source.
