Blue Skies Foundation Enhances Educational Infrastructure for Panpanso Krokese School


Nsawam-adoagyiri: The Blue Skies Foundation has inaugurated a newly constructed three-unit classroom block, along with several key facilities, for the Panpanso Krokese Municipal Assembly Basic School in the Nsawam-Adoagyiri Municipality of the Eastern Region. This development aims to improve educational opportunities for students in the area.



According to Ghana News Agency, the new facilities include a staff common room, sanitation amenities, and an Information Communication Technology (ICT) laboratory. The construction of the Junior High School block and these additional facilities came in response to a request from the community and the school itself.



Mr. Alistair Djimatey, Head of the Foundation and Corporate Affairs at Blue Skies Products Ghana Limited, remarked on the foundation’s commitment to ensuring that children have access to quality education, regardless of their geographical locations. He emphasized the importance of providing equal educational opportunities for all children.



Madam Beatrice Mamle Nkum, the Nsawam-Adoagyiri Municipal Chief Executive, expressed gratitude to the foundation, noting the positive impact the new facilities will have on educational growth and development in the area. She highlighted the significance of such support in empowering the local education system.



Madam Lydia Akortia, the headteacher of the school, also conveyed her appreciation to the donors, describing the assistance as timely. She urged the education directorate to assign more teachers to the school and to supply additional computers, further enhancing the educational resources available to students.
