The Interior Ministry launched, on Saturday, a call for witnesses to report urgently a person named Ahmed Ben Mahmoud Ben Ahmed Bettaieb “in prevention of terrorist acts”, and subject to a wanted notice.

In a statement, the Interior Department called on citizens to alert the security authorities quickly and urgently, should they identify this individual or have information on his location or movements.

The individual was born on August 22, 1978 and lives on Chott Meriem road (Akouda) in the governorate of Sousse, the same source said.
