The Recovery and Restructuring Commission of Public Funded Companies (CAREPP), which met Thursday in Kasbah, agreed to the creation of a virtual company in the postal sector.
The meeting, chaired by interim Prime Minister Mehdi Jomaa, examined a number of public minority shareholdings in companies operating in the property and tourism sectors, a Prime Ministry press release said.
Members of the commission decided to entrust management structures, concerned companies as well as sectoral monitoring structures with reviewing issues related to public shareholding.
They agreed to revise provisions on the interventions of CAREPP to ensure greater flexibility in terms of management and strengthen post control and monitoring.
