Preliminary investigations have revealed the parties overseeing “the suspicious pages” that posted on social media leaked scanned copies of investigations into the case of conspiracy against the internal and external security of the state, the official spokesperson for the Judicial Counter-Terrorism Division and first deputy public prosecutor at the division said Saturday.
In a statement received by TAP, the spokesperson investigations have also identified the people who provided the administrators of these social media pages with these copies.
In this regard, she stressed that all parties who violated the law will take full responsibility.
This is an attack on state institutions and an attempt to damage Tunisia’s diplomatic relations, the source said.
In this context, the spokesperson said these sites, the number of which has not yet been determined, are now under investigation by the Judicial Counter-Terrorism Division for spreading false news, revealing the identity of protected persons, publishing copies of confidential investigation procedures, as well as for undermining Tunisia’s diplomatic relations.
