Ceremony in honour of six Tunisian inventors rewarded in Kuwait

A ceremony was held, Thursday in Tunis, in honour of the six Tunisian inventors who won the best prizes at the 9th International Invention Fair in the Middle East (January 16-19, 2017, Kuwait).

The Tunisian delegation had won 8 prizes, including the grand prix of the fair, which brought together 200 inventors from 36 countries, despite strong participation from countries such as Taiwan, which participated with a delegation of 28 inventors.

Minister of Industry and Trade Zied Laadhari stressed, on the occasion, the need to supervise these young inventors to achieve their inventions and turn them into marketable projects.

The aim is to provide them with the necessary financing and technical support as well as to enable them to establish themselves in incubators.

This type of projects, he added, allows the creation of jobs, wealth and increased export opportunities.
