The development of the activities of physical, chemical and consumer safety laboratories was the focus of a partnership agreement signed, on Thursday, between the Textile Technical Centre (CETTEX) and the Centre Testing International (CTI).

CTI is in fact a company based in China that provides testing, inspection, certification services and unique solutions for a wide range of industries.

This agreement will also promote the transfer of skills necessary for international development, said CETTEX, adding that this Tuniso-Chinese cooperation between the two centres will give rise to a new qualitative dynamic.

The agreement in question integrates actions of technical support, exchange of experiences and capitalisation of knowledge through the pooling of common means and the creation of synergy.

This will allow meeting the requirements of international markets in a win-win collaboration approach, it explained.

The CTI, founded in 2003, is based in Shenzhen, China. It has a network of over 150 laboratories in more than 70 locations worldwide
