At least seven people died and 333 others were injured in various accidents over the past 24 hours across the country, spokesman for the Civil Protection announced on Monday.

The National Civil Protection Office units carried out 401 interventions during the same day, including 84 fire extinguishments and 99 rescue operations, he added.
