President of the National Commission of Criminal Conciliation (CNCP) Makram Ben Mna was removed from office, under Decree No. 2023-265 of March 17, 2023, published in the Official Gazette on Tuesday.
Ben Mna, a judicial magistrate, was appointed to head the CNCP in November 2022, under Decree No. 2022-812, providing for the appointment of the commission members.
