One more coronavirus-related death was recorded in the governorate of Ben Arous.
This takes to 479 overall fatality numbers from the pandemic in the region, according to a latest report published by the local committee to combat coronavirus Monday.
97 more COVID-19 cases were also detected, after the results of 280 laboratory tests were revealed. This brings to 13,868, the overall number of infections in the governorate since the outbreak of the pandemic.
According to the same source, recovery numbers reached 13,283 cases after the recovery of 68 people.
In addition, 52 COVID-19 patients are currently admitted to the various departments of the local hospital El Yasminet Ben Arous, while 2607 citizens were administered vaccines in the last 24 hours.
