(TAP) – Three more coronavirus-related deaths been reported in the governorate of Gabes over the past 24 hours, bringing the toll to 450 since the outbreak of the pandemic in the region, Local Health Director Yahya Hamdi told TAP.

Similarly, 38 more people tested positive, after the publication of 149 test results, taking the count to 13,780 since the spread of the virus in the region.

The new positive cases were detected in South Gabes (15 cases), El Hamma (13 cases), Oudhref (4 cases), Mareth (3 cases), Menzel Lahbib (one case), New-Matmata (1 case) and Metouia (1 case).

Gabes has 346 active cases, including 97 cases in South Gabes and, 84 cases in el Hamma and 51 cases in Oudhref.
