A one more COVID-19 fatality had been logged over the past 24 hours in Gabes, taking the death toll to 642, Health Monitoring Cell Coordinator Houcine Jabrane said on Friday.

14 further infections were reported from 125 tests, pushing the caseload to 21,875, while 465 people are still active virus-carriers.

37 patients are currently hospitalised in the region’s hospitals, including 5 in the Gabes teaching hospital’s ICU.
