Two more people died of coronavirus in the governorate of Manouba Monday, bringing the toll to 505, since the spread of the pandemic in the region.
68 more infections have also been reported in Manouba, where the number of positive cases has reached 15,529, Local Health Director Hajer Missaoui told TAP on Monday.
The region has also recorded 13,557 recoveries, while the number of active cases stands at 1467. These include 26 quarantined in Mohamed Kassab Institute of orthopedics and the Local Hospital of Tebourba.
Tebourba has the higest number of positive cases over the past week (117), followed by Manouba (92 cases) and Daouar Hicher (67 cases), the same source said.
