A military medical and paramedical team was dispatched Wednesday to Tataouine on a ten-day vaccination campaign starting Thursday.

The army multidisciplinary clinic in  Tataouine was converted into a vaccination centre. More vaccination facilities were set up across the governorate, in addition to a mobile vaccination campaign, the Prime Ministry said.

The number of fully vaccinated people stands at 697,959, according to figures released by the Health Ministry. This includes 600,765 who got two doses and 97,194 who received a single dose as they contracted the virus previously.

The overall number of people who registered on Evax.tn reached 3,135, 368 on July 7.
