Three COVID-19 deaths were reported in Monastir, taking the death count to 1,136, the local health directorate said.

35 infections were further logged, pushing the caseload to 57,484 so far.

The number of recoveries rose by 214 to 54,663.

There are currently 1,685 active virus-carriers in the governorate, including 37 hospitalised.
