16,419 COVID-19 vaccines (10,838 first shots and 5,581 second shots) were administered on May 31, taking the overall number of administered vaccines in Tunisia to 958,951 (654,976 first shots and 303,975 second shots) since the start of the national jab drive last March 13.
The ministry said 2.082,873 people registered on the national vaccination platform Evax.tn until May 31.
