Tunisia logged 472 COVID-19 infections on September 18 until midnight from 5,995 tests (7.87% positivity rate), the Health Ministry said on Monday. This took the caseload to 700,400.
An initial total of 17 deaths were also reported on this date, pushing the death toll to 24,527.
Recoveries also rose by 573 to 669,928.
Sixteen new hospitalisations in public and private facilities brought the total to 1,980, including 380 in ICUs and 87 on life support.
