Sidi Bouzid reported Tuesday four deaths from the coronavirus, bringing the death toll to 301 since the pandemic began, Local Deputy Director of Basic Healthcare Béchir Saidi told TAP.
The region also recorded 136 more infections, taking the count to 9,883, including 7,840 recoveries, the same source said.
Thirteen Covid-19 patients were hospitalised on Tuesday, bringing the number of patients in various hospitals in the region to 66.
