Eight more COVID-19 infections were logged in Sidi Bouzid, local Basic Healthcare Director Bechir Saidi told TAP.

The caseload now stands at 29,522 infections, including 29,226 recoveries and 902 deaths.

There are currently 25 hospitalised patients in the governorate.
