199 more infections of coronavirus were registered in the governorate of Siliana Saturday, said the Local Health Directorate.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic, the total number of infections in th region has reached 8,300 including 268 deaths. The new cases were detected as follows: 92 in Siliana downtown, 26 in Bargou, 2 in Gaafour, 35 in Makther, 8 in Sidi Bourouis, 15 in Errouhia and 21 in Krib, the same source said.

34 COVID patients are staying in the Local Hospital of Siliana, 8 of them in the ICU, while 46 patients have been admitted to other local hospitals.
