The Coronavirus claimed one more life in Tozeur, taking the death count to 260, Local Health Programmes Director Foued Barrani told TAP.
Another 93 infections were reported from 278 tests. This pushed the caseload to 12,853, including 12,430 recoveries.
The number of active carriers stands currently at 153, including 22 in COVID-19 wards and ICUs in private and public facilities.
The number of vaccines administered so far stands at 38,653, including 13,620 boosters.
