128 COVID-19 infections were logged on October 23 from 3,271 tests (3.91% positivity rate), pushing the caseload to 711,821, according to the Health Ministry’s figures released on Monday.

A one more death was also reported, taking the death toll to 25,155.

The number of recoveries also rose by 123 to 685,386.

Seven more hospitalisations in public and private healthcare facilities brought the total to 462. This includes 116 patients in intensive care and 39 under life support.
