13 COVID-19 deaths and 2,574 infections were logged on January 30 from 8,740 tests (29.45% positivity rate), taking the caseload to 909,813 and death toll to 26,288, the Health Ministry said.

The number of recoveries rose by 12,419, hitting 779,096.

27 new hospitalisations in public and private healthcare facilities took the total to 1,062. This includes 195 patients in intensive care and 53 under life support.
