COVID-19: Tunisia logs 25 deaths and 2,592 infections on September 6

Tunisia logged 2,592 COVID-19 infections on September 6 at midnight from 15,323 tests, i.e. a 16.92% positivity rate, bringing the tally to 678,363, the Health Ministry said Tuesday.

Twenty-five fatalities were initially reported on the same day, taking the death toll to 23,993.

Recoveries also rose by 2,239 to 644,662.

64 new hospitalisations in public and private health facilities were recorded on September 6, pushing the total number to 2,461, including 485 in ICUs and 107 on life support.
