17 more deaths of coronavirus and 2,825 new infection cases were recorded on August 20, according to the daily report of the Hea lth Ministry released Sunday.

Fatality numbers, therefore, totalled 22,537, since the spread of the pandemic.

The report also indicates that 12,030 tests were conducted on August 20, with a positivity rate of 23.48%.
