The 37th edition of the exhibition of creative craftwork started Friday with the participation of 540 professionals.

Craftsmen specialised mainly in outdoor decoration and painted wood and students of schools of Arts and Crafts are participating in this edition.
The exhibition offers the opportunity for young promoters to put on display their creations in home decoration and vegetable fibers.
” The fair is an important event for craftspeople; it is being held as an improvement was reported in the epidemiological situation, notably in light of the vaccine rollout gaining pace, said Acting Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts Habib Ammar.
The exhibition is designed to reenergise this strategic sector which, Ammar said, provides over 400,000 jobs.
Only vaccinated people are allowed to visit the exhibitionn, said Acting Health Minister Ali Mrabet.
A vaccination point was set up with 10,000 doses for visitors who wish to get immunised.
Over 5,000 rapid tests were also made available for visitors and exhibitors. The latter need to get tested twice during the ten-day period.
