The crisis unit dedicated to Tunisian nationals in Ukraine has made two toll-free numbers +21680109070 and +21680109080 available to those wishing to be repatriated and who could not be contacted due to the situation on the ground, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad announced Friday.

The ministry, on Thursday, called on Tunisians who crossed the Ukrainian border to contact the Tunisian embassies in Bucharest and Warsaw to be repatriated as soon as possible.

It said the crisis unit is working 24 hours a day, in coordination with the Tunisian embassies in Moscow, Bucharest and Warsaw as well as Tunisian volunteers, in order to update the data on Tunisian nationals, closely monitor their situation and organise the next repatriation flights.

The first repatriation flight was operated by the Air Force on Tuesday March 1 at dawn.

Other flights have followed and will continue over the next few days.
