The Plenary Assembly of the Supreme Judicial Council (CSM) decided at a meeting Friday to submit the exclusive candidacy of judge Moncef Kchaou for the position of First President of the Court of Cassation.

It was also decided to submit this candidacy to the Presidency of the Republic so as to issue a decree of appointment, the CSM said in a press release Friday on Friday.
