The Tunisian Post (PT) has launched its new 100% financial digital service “my Poste” with an application now available on web and mobile stores.
Launched as part of digitising postal services and products, this digital showcase of the PT, allows customers to open a postal current account, a savings account or a TANIT SICAV account remotely via all digital channels in a secure manner. It also allows accessing other services, such as money transfer and postal services.
Several online services are also accessible via “my Poste”, including online and instantaneous checking of the balance of postal current accounts, monitoring of transactions carried out on savings accounts and downloading the account statement and postal identity statement sheet for the account.
Through this application, postal customers can check the nearest Post Office or Automatic Teller Machine and follow the exchange rates and commercial offers of the Tunisian Post.
Customers can also submit a request for information or interact with the different structures, the Tunisian Post said.
