Directorate General of Civil Aviation, UAE General Civil Aviation Authority sign MoU

The General Directorate of Civil Aviation under the Ministry of Transport and Logistics, on Monday, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Its objective is to strengthen Tunisian-Emirati cooperation in the field of civil aviation and establish a framework for technical cooperation.
The document was inked by Director General of Civil Aviation at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Habib Makki and Director General of the GCAA Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, in the presence of Minister of Transport and Logistics Moez Chakchouk.
The officials pledged to bolster cooperation and share expertise in all areas of civil aviation, including air transport, environment, protection of passenger rights, fair competition, legislation, organisation of the civil aviation sector and training.
