Draft State Budget 2018: Prime Ministry’s draft Budget looked at

The House of People’s Representatives started Wednesday night the discussion of the draft budget of the Prime Ministry for 2018.

The amount proposed for this draft budget is 168.372 million dinars against 148.6 million dinars in 2017 given the transfer of the budget of the Ministry of Public Service and Governance (25.5 MD), an evolution of 13%.

The budget will be shared out into three main axes: Management Expenses, Development Expenses and Treasury Funds.

Title I

– Management expenses amounted to 157.872 MD against 141 MD in 2017, an increase of 12%. They are distributed as follows:

+ Public salary: 118.09 MD

+ Service Means: 10.745 MD

+ State intervention: 29.036 MD

Title II

– Development expenditures amount to 7.5 million dinars, taking into account expenditure recorded in external resources.

Title III

-Treasury funds: the draft budget of the Prime Ministry has proposed an amount of 3 MD taking into account the control expenses and the tranches of profits accruing to the State in 2018, an estimate of what has been spent in 2017.
