An Egyptian military plane arrived at Tunis-Carthage International Airport, loaded with various medical equipment and supplies donated by Egypt to Tunisia to support its efforts to fight the rapid spread of the COVID-19 virus.
The donation was received by Chief of the Presidential Cabinet, Nadia Akacha, Minister of Health Faouzi Mehdi, Lieutenant-General, Director of Military Health Moustafa Ferjani, and Egyptian Ambassador to Tunisia Ihab Fahmy.
Last Wednesday, 3 military planes loaded with an Egyptian donation, including medical equipment, supplies, oxygen and medicines, arrived in Tunisia, preceded by the first batch of aid that arrived last Saturday, July 10, onboard two Egyptian military planes, also including medical equipment and supplies, quantities of medicines and monitoring devices, respirators and oxygen devices.
A few days ago, a large amount of Arab and international aid poured into Tunisia to support its efforts to intensify the vaccination process in the face of the rapid spread of the Coronavirus.
