ENAP-CANADA partners with IEP of Tunis to develop Canadian double degrees

The Institute of Political Studies of Tunis stemming from the European University of Tunis has joined the National School of Public Administration “ENAP-CANADA” to develop programmes and double degrees in the second cycle in the fields of Public Management, Governance and International Relations, under a partnership agreement concluded Monday at the Embassy of Canada.

This partnership agreement, which includes exchanges of teachers, students and collaboration on internships, further training and scientific research was signed between the President of the European University Group of Tunis, Abderraouf Tebourbi and the Director of International Affairs of ENAP, Simon Chabot, in the presence of Canada’s ambassador to Tunisia, Carol McQueen.

This partnership, which establishes Canadian ENAP diplomas in Tunisia, represents “a real lever of academic development and” a hub “for the Maghreb, the Mediterranean and Africa”, a statement published by the European University of Tunis reads.

The Institute of Political Studies of the European University of Tunis, member of the International Network of Political Sciences (IPSA-AiSP) is the first and only institution of political studies in Tunisia offering a degree, a complete curriculum in political sciences and a master’s degree in public policy management, alongside innovative programmes in Governance, Diplomacy, International and Strategic Relations, recognised in Tunisia and accredited by the “European Accreditation Board for Higher Education Schools” for European and international recognition.

The only French-language university specialising in Public Management and Governance in North America, the National School of Public Administration of Canada combines European traditions of political science, governance and public administration with the modern North American management. ENAP CANADA primarily develops graduate level graduate programmes as well as international research.
