Offinso North: Dr. Fred Kyei Asamoah, the Member of Parliament for Offinso North Constituency in the Ashanti Region, has described fatherhood as a masterpiece of God’s creation. He emphasized the divine role of men as leaders throughout history, illustrating their significance in guiding society.

According to Ghana News Agency, Dr. Asamoah recounted that God, the Creator of the universe, called, anointed, equipped, and empowered men to effectively prosecute his agenda of saving and liberating people. He highlighted the roles of great men such as Adam, Moses, Abraham, and Joshua, who were entrusted with leadership positions to transform society and humanity.

Dr. Asamoah, who also chairs the Parliamentary Select Committee on Chieftaincy, Culture and Religious Affairs, urged Ghanaian fathers and men, in general, to embody love, care, kindness, and compassion. He encouraged a selfless devotion to duty as a means to make the world a better place. He emphasized that as parents, guardians, leaders, and heads of institutions, it is their responsibility to improve the world for both current and future generations.

In his message, Dr. Asamoah extended his best wishes for a HAPPY FATHERS DAY to President John Dramani Mahama, the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Akumadanhene Nana Boakye Akuamoa Boateng II, and all fathers and men in his constituency and Ghana as a whole.
