Fires that broke out in forests in Séjnane and Joumine, governorate of Bizerte, were put out after 72 hours of intervention, Local Director of Civil Protection Kamel Melliti said. Some 80 hectares of forest were ravaged. Field teams are still checking pockets of fire in remote areas until the cooling phase is over.
