Mr. Jones Tagbor of the Ghana Psychological Association addressed the psychological impact of misinformation, urging individuals to verify information, especially from social media, to avoid emotional reactions. Mr. Victor Worlanyo Gbedawo from Ho Technical University noted the digital literacy strides made in Ghana while pointing out the challenges faced by rural areas with limited internet access. Mr. Desmo nd Kitsi, Founder of Genius IT Foundation, stressed the importance of cybersecurity as a collective responsibility and reiterated the Foundation's dedication to raising awareness about cyber threats. Dr. Archibald Letsa, the Volta Regional Minister, commended the efforts of both the Genius IT Foundation and the Cyber Security Authority while noting the critical threat posed by misinformation.
