The meeting was an opportunity for Seghrouchni to give an overview of the challenges faced by the two commissions to provide service to citizens, administrations and companies, noting the major steps taken since the establishment of these two commissions, said a statement by the Department of the Head of Government.

The two officials also discussed the main measures and provisions planned to improve and develop the action of the two bodies, according to the same source.

Established by Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, the CNDP is responsible for verifying that the processing of personal data are lawful, legal and do not infringe privacy, freedoms and fundamental rights.
