This program will take the form of support, guidance and training to structure a project in all its phases, from the design of the idea to its realization, and granting loans of up to MAD 100,000 repayable over a maximum period of 10 years.
The program, which mainly targets young people, will focus on types of projects that do not fall within the scope of current funding granted to small emerging businesses. The importance of the project and the commitment of its owner are the two main conditions that must be met to benefit from the financing.
The government is also committed to giving new momentum to the “Intelaka” program and ensuring its sustainability, after the health crisis impact on the initial stages of its launch.
In order to pursue economic recovery, to fight unemployment and to mitigate the current crisis effects on employment, the government plans to put in place a set of measures that offer new opportunities, mainly for youth, aiming to meet the needs of citizens and address the difficulties economic actors face.
This recovery plan includes innovative programs in favor of employment and innovative project holders, in addition to the financing and support of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
