Head of State leaves Tunis for Abidjan to attend 5th African Union-European Union Summit

President Beji Caid Essebsi left Tunis on Tuesday morning for the Ivorian capital Abidjan, to take part in the 5th African Union-European Union Summit, November 29-30.

He was seen off at the Tunis-Carthage Airport by Prime Minister Youssef Chahed.

Eighty heads of State and Government and representatives of several national, regional and international organisations are expected in this summit.

Several files are on the agenda of the meeting such as migration, investment in youth and partnership between the African and European Continents.
