(TAP) – Minister of Health, Ali Mrabet took part in the 58th regular session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Health and its executive office, which is hosted and chaired by Algeria, on March 13 and 14, 2023.
On the occasion, the Minister of Health called for “the creation of an Arab observatory to monitor epidemic diseases and intensify joint efforts to develop local industries for vaccines.»
He also called for «focusing on an Arab strategy for health and the environment to reduce the risks of environmental impacts on human health and to promote the elements of health well-being in the Arab region.”
On the other hand, he stressed “the importance of issues of common concern, which are on the agenda of this session, in order to enhance health security in the Arab countries and raise the level of cooperation and coordination to address health emergencies.”
